Press release: Channel Partner of the Year

Channel Partner of the Year 2021

The annual Cadence Channel Partner event took place virtually on 9 February 2022. At the event, prizes and recognitions were awarded to those Channel Partners, who performed extraordinarily in the year of 2021. Out of approximately 50 partners in the world, Nordcad was awarded the biggest prize of them all: Channel Partner of the Year.

”We are extremely proud of this award. It is a great recognition from Cadence, and we really appreciate it. Being one of the smaller partners worldwide, it is an honor to get this recognition”, says Arvid Thorndahl, CEO in Nordcad Systems A/S.

Channel Partner of the Year is awarded on the grounds of several factors. One of them being the large effort that Nordcad puts into implementing new products. Tools for RF- and antenna design, and the new area of CFD are among some of the tools, that Nordcad can now offer customers in the Nordic region. There is a huge market for these tools, and whilst implementing the new tools in the portfolio, Nordcad has also hired new staff members, who excel specifically in these technologies.

”We always want to stay one step ahead of the development in technologies in our field. Therefore, we have put extra efforts towards expanding our team with technical resources that can strengthen our competencies, with the end-goal of meeting our customers’ needs”, says Ole Ejlersen, CTO in Nordcad Systems A/S.

Prioritizing customer needs is also one of the factors contributing to the title Channel Partner of the Year 2021. Customers are – even in these digital times – still preferring and appreciating the personal and professional support, that the team in Nordcad provides daily.

A huge part of Nordcad’s strategy is to help customers solve issues, and to find out-of-the-box solutions that may not always be straightforward. All of this contributes to the fact that Nordcad both today and in the future, strive towards being the preferred partner for high-tech companies in the Nordic region.
